White Almond Sour Cream Cake

What you are creating

This cake uses a cake mix and what I like to refer to as the "dump method", where you pretty much dump it all in a bowl and mix. Its moist, with a tender crumb, and great flavor with the vanilla and almond flavors.


Whip Cream:

  • 1 cup heavy (40%) whipping cream

  • 1 packet of Whip It

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • Vanilla bean paste​

Whipped Coffee:

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 2 tablespoons hot water

  • 1 cup of hot chocolate

  • 1 ounce Irish Cream liquor
