Potato Salad
Potato salad served alongside a grilled burger is of course, a classic! Our potato salad is super easy.
We use sweet gherkin pickles and a touch of Grey Poupon mustard.
If you are an egg kinda person, double up on the amount of eggs you use! What I'm saying is, get your creativity on!

Broccoli Salad
Fresh broccoli meets it's soul mates in our Broccoli Salad!
This crispy veggie is extra delicious when you add pumpkin seeds for an extra crunch.
We use Craisins instead of raisins in our salad. Yum!
Bacon, of course, is a main ingredient. If you're not a fan, use turkey bacon instead.
Our Sweet Red Onion dressing is a must for this salad.

Kid Tested Chicken Salad
I lovingly call this Fiona's salad. That girl can eat the entire salad in one sitting!
It isn't a surprise, given the sweet inclusion of apple, grapes and Craisins. Add chicken fresh off the grill, cucumbers and cheese.
Toss with our favorite Uncle Dan's dressing (recipe included on the recipe page).
Serve for lunch or dinner. Even the adults will be asking for a second helping!
