Cranberry crystals have a sweet and tart fruity flavor that blends well with white chocolate in our Cranberry White Chocolate Bark. The crispy, crunchy texture and delicious sweet Basil flavor combines beautifully with milk chocolate and crystalized ginger in our Chocolate Basil Ginger Bark. We used Merchkens wafer melts in our bark. You can purchase Merchkens white chocolate wafers on line through sites such as Etsy and Walmart. You can also use Wilton candy melts. The cranberry fruit crystals and basil crystals are available on line at Chef Rubber and other sites. Ingredients: Peppermint Candy Bark 1 pound White chocolate wafer melts green and red peppermint candies, crushed White Chocolate Cranberry Bark 1 pound White chocolate wafer melts Cranberry crystals Chocolate Basil Ginger Bark 1 pound Milk chocolate wafer melts Basil crystals Crystalized ginger Directions: Peppermint Candy Bark Mix the crushed peppermint candies into the melted white chocolate and spread onto parchment paper. Allow to firm. Break up into bite sized pieces. White Chocolate Cranberry Bark Melt the white chocolate and spread onto parchment paper. Sprinkle top with cranberry crystals. Allow to firm. Break up into bite sized pieces. Chocolate Basil Ginger Bark Melt the milk chocolate and spread onto parchment paper. Sprinkle top with basil crystals. Cut the crystalized ginger into very small pieces and sprinkle over the top. Lightly press the basil and ginger into the milk chocolate. Allow to firm. Break up into bite sized pieces. Ingredients: 1 pound ground turkey 1 tablespoon dark cocoa powder 2 bottles Classico Spicy Tomato & Basil pasta sauce Avacado oil 1 large sweet yellow onion, chopped 4 large garlic cloves, minced 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped Directions: Sauté the onions and garlic in the avocado oil in a large pan. Cook until caramelized. Add the fresh basil and set aside. Mix the dark cocoa powder and ground turkey until blended. Cook the turkey in avocado oil until well browned. Add to the caramelized onions. Add the two bottles of Classico Spicy Tomato & Basil pasta sauce. Simmer on range top on low heat for several hours. If you prefer, you can cook the sauce in a crock pot. Ingredients: 1 pound chicken breasts 2 tablespoons olive or avocado oil 1 large sweet yellow onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 4 garlic cloves (minced, pressed or chopped) 3 stalks celery 1 pound baby carrots 1 teaspoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin (more if you want more spice!) 32 ounces chicken broth 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon 2 cans creamed corn 3 cans white northern beans or Cannellini beans 1 can mild green chilies Optional: Grated cheddar cheese Sour cream Tortilla strips Directions Oven roast, air fry or boil your chicken in broth and cook until the internal temperature is 165 degrees. Set aside. Chop, mince or press the garlic. Sauté the onions, celery and garlic in oil until the onions are translucent. Add chicken broth, bouillon and spices and bring to a boil. Add baby carrots and cook until tender. Add chopped green pepper and chicken and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the creamed corn, beans and green chilies. Heat through. Add optional 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Set aside. Combine melted butter, brown sugar egg (beaten) and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Add flour mixture, a little at a time, mixing well. Spread in 8x8 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Brownies will be done when shiny on top and pull away from the side of the pan. NOTE: Do not over bake! It's quick and easy and can mix with just about anything to create fun combinations. Ingredients: 1 lbs Yellow Wilton Candy Melts 30 drops of Banana LorAnn Oil 1 lbs Orange Wilton Candy Melts 10 drops of Orange LorAnn Oil 1 lbs White Wilton Candy Melts 15 drops of Marshmallow LorAnn Oil 1 Bag Candy Corn Candy Directions: Prep: Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Chop up candy corn and set aside. In a microwave safe dish, melt yellow candy melts at 30 second intervals on medium heat until candy melts are completely melted. Stir after each interval. When yellow candy is melted stir in banana oil. Save approximately three tablespoons of yellow candy to drizzle over finished bark. Pour remaining yellow candy onto prepared parchment lined cookie sheet and spread evenly. Tap pan gently on counter to help level out the yellow candy. Set aside. Repeat Step 1 using orange candy melts. When orange candy is melted stir in orange oil. Save approximately three tablespoon of orange candy to drizzle over finished bark. Pour remaining orange candy onto prepared parchment lined cookie sheet and spread evenly. Tap pan gently on counter to help level out the orange candy. Set aside. Repeat previous Step 1 using white candy melts. When white candy is melted stir in marshmallow oil. Save approximately three tablespoon of white candy to drizzle over finished bark. Pour remaining white candy onto prepared parchment lined cookie sheet and spread evenly. Tap pan gently on counter to help level out the white candy. Set aside. Sprinkle chopped candy corn immediately over white candy before the candy sets. Press lightly into white candy layer. Reheat, reserved yellow, orange, and white candy and drizzle over candy corn. Tap gently to settle. Place in freezer for a few minutes to harden bark. Turn upside down onto clean surface and press. Bark should break into chunks. You may use a knife to cut into desired pieces. Makes approximately 3 dozen pieces. Variations: For flavor variations add any of the LorAnn Bakery Emulsions.
