Caramel Banana Bread
Try this fun spin on a traditional banana bread with the addition of caramel bits!
Recipe Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup caramel bits
Recipe Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.Â
In a large bowl, mix together mashed bananas, melted butter, and sugar.Â
Stir in egg and mix until blended.Â
In a separate bowl, combine baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flour.Â
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.Â
Stir in caramel bits. Â
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.Â
Bake in preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.Â
Allow it to cool before serving. Enjoy!Â
