The sun is out and summer is in full swing! Citrus fruits seem to take center stage this time of year and this recipe from our friend Rebekah Allen of Angel Cakes is the perfect summer cupcake. It combines the flavors of vanilla and lime and features a lime simple syrup you add to the baked cupcakes and then is topped with a lime buttercream. One of the unique ingredients featured in this recipe is the use of corn flour! Try it out and let us know what you think!
