There is nothing more satisfying on a hot summer day than a cool pie filled with fresh strawberries or bursting with a tangy Key lime filling.
The key to a great summer pie is to keep it simple. I love graham cracker crust. It really is almost fail proof, so both of our featured pies have graham cracker bottoms. You can find our graham cracker crust recipe on our website: Graham Cracker Pie crust
Strawberry Icebox Pie
With strawberries readily available, this tasty berry is a must for our Strawberry Icebox pie. Because we rely on fresh berries, this pie has a true strawberry flavor.
Heavy cream and vanilla come together to create a whipped addition that is folded into the fresh strawberry sauce you will make for the pie.
Pop it in the refrigerator and chill until firm. Top it off with fresh sliced strawberries and get ready for your guests to ask for a second helping!

Key Lime Pie
Our Key Lime pie uses REAL Key limes! Don't mistake the Key lime with the bright green Persian limes that you see in your supermarket produce section. A Key lime is slightly yellow in color and the fruit is small. The juice of the Key lime is tarter than the larger Persian variety.
We use sweetened condensed milk in our Key lime filling. We top our pie with whipped cream and garnish with freshly grated lime zest and crystallized lemon.
Slightly tart with a sweet balance, our Key Lime pie is refreshing and delicious!
