What you are creating:
A super creamy spreadable garlic that is delicious on hot french bread.
1 Head of Garlic
Herbs of choice
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut top of garlic head off.
Place on parchment lined baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil all over garlic head.
Sprinkle on herbs of choice.
Bake for 1 hour.
