Recipe Ingredients:
3 cups whole wheat flour, plus more for rolling
3 ripe bananas
½ cup peanut butter
1 egg yolk
Optional: 1–2 tablespoons bacon grease (swap for part of the peanut butter)
Recipe Directions:
Add flour, peanut butter, bananas, and egg yolk to a food processor.
Blend until the dough pulls away from the sides.
If sticky, add more flour.
Turn the dough onto a floured parchment sheet and knead briefly.
Roll to desired thickness.
