Fried Rice
Who doesn't love fried rice? It took us years to find a decent fried rice recipe.

This one is adapted from the menu of a Chinese restaurant that was located in Bremerton, Washington.

While the restaurant is no longer open, I will cherish the times I sat in the back kitchen and watched Chef Henry cook up this wonderful dish!
Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups cooked white rice
2 eggs, beaten
4 green onions chopped (reserve 1 for garnish)
1/4 cup chopped grilled chicken
1 tablespoon sugar
1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oil (for stir frying)
Recipe Directions:
Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan.
Add beaten eggs and stir until half cooked.
Add rice and stir until blended.
Stir in sugar and soy sauce.
Add grilled chicken and green onions.
Cook until thoroughly blended.
Garnish with reserved green onion.
Variation
Substitute fast food Asian white rice and grilled chicken for a quick and easy meal!
