Michele has exciting new class offerings in the greater Seattle area.

You can still sign up for the Introduction to Cake series class at North Seattle College (class starts January 12th so sign up now!). If you miss the deadline, there is a second offering that starts on February 23rd.
In this hands-on beginner class, you will learn to bake the perfect cake, make different types of buttercream icing, receive step-by-step guidance in piping techniques and experience the excitement of making your cake a work of art.

The Art of Cake Decorating Course is now available online. This course offers 25 fun filled lessons focused on the basics of constructing and decorating cakes from start to finish. You will come away from class with skills you can apply to the amazing cakes you design in your kitchen!
