Our light and refreshing Mango Shrimp Salad is perfect for dinner on a hot summer evening!
We load up with fresh mango and grilled shrimp and toss with romaine lettuce. Then we top the salad with our Orange Champagne dressing and crisp balsamic beet strips.
1 pound raw shrimp, cleaned with shells removed
1 medium sized mango
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
Crisp balsamic beet strips (packaged, from store)
