Pre-Prep: You will want to use the pinwheel dies listed under supplies needed and cut them out ahead of time in wafer paper of your choice. You can use plain white wafer and use the dusts to color it or one of the many patterned or colored options found in our online shop.

Creating the Pinwheel Cookie
Step 1Apply piping gel to your cookie. | Step 2Add white fondant cut out using the same cookie cutter used for baking the cookie. | Step 3Take your Pinwheel appliqué and add piping gel to the back. |
