Modeling Chocolate Spring Basket Class

Service Description

Learn how to make modeling chocolate, sculpt, mold and use color dusts to create a beautiful Spring basket filled with fruit and vegetables. Students will learn how to hand sculpt, use candy molds with poured chocolate to create cute accents and how to use color dusts to enhance their design to make it pop! This class will be held at Oregon Sweet Retreat 2025 in Lincoln City, OR. Retreat is from March 20th-23rd.
