Are you a fan of reality cake shows and long to be the next great cake baker? Do you want to make one-of-a-kind creations for family and friends? Cakes could be your next great passion. Learn the basics of cake making from start to finish. In this hands-on beginner series, you will learn to bake the perfect cake, make different types of butter cream, receive step-by-step guidance in piping techniques and experience the excitement of making your cake a work of art. Discover how easy it is to create the perfect dessert for any occasion in a collaborative and supportive environment. This is a six-week course with one baking class held via Zoom, the rest in- person at North Seattle College. This class is in person and takes place on campus at North Seattle College.
