Turkey Burgers

The Turkey burger is a popular dish that originated in the United States. It is a healthier alternative to traditional beef burgers, often made with ground turkey meat seasoned with various herbs and spices. Turkey burgers are known for their lean protein content and lower fat levels compared to beef burgers. They can be grilled, baked, or pan-fried and are commonly served on a bun with various toppings such as lettuce, tomato, onions, and condiments. This versatile dish has become a favorite choice for those looking for a lighter option without compromising on flavor.

Directions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. Place ground turkey into a bowl and add garlic powder, dehydrated onion, parsley and basil. For extra flavor add in crispy onions.

  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, two eggs, parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.

  4. Use your hands or a spatula to mix it all together well.

  5. Add some salt and pepper and give it one last mix.

  6. Form ground turkey into 6 to 12 balls and place on line baking sheet and shape them into patties.

  7. Grill now or place the whole sheet pan in the freezer and let the patties firm up. Once frozen place squares of parchment paper between each patty and put in a freezer bag. Cook them as you like and enjoy!

  • 2 eggs

  • 1-2 tsp garlic powder 

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1-2 tbsp basil

  • 1-2 tbsp parsley 

  • 1-2 tbsp dehydrated onion

  • 1 pound ground turkey

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  • 2 tbsp crispy onions

  • 1 tbp Worcestershire sauce

  • Kosher salt

  • Pepper

  • Cream = 40% Heavy Cream

  • Butter = Unsalted Sweet Cream butter unless otherwise noted
