Horseradish Sauce

What you are creating

Fresh horseradish sauce is great with Prime Rib at the holidays or any time of the year. The sour cream makes this sauce creamy and balances out the horseradish giving the sauce a nice tang.

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • ½ cup prepared horseradish (refrigerated prepared)

  • 1 ½ teaspoons Kosher salt

  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 45 minutes to allow flavors to blend. 

  2. Enjoy! Refrigerated for up to 2 days.

  • Milk = As indicated or if Milk is just listed you may use 1%, 2% or Whole Milk

  • Butter = Unsalted Sweet Cream butter unless otherwise noted
