Caramel Cheesecake Bar

Turn a classic cheesecake dessert into a delicious bar with caramel goodness.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup white sugar, and 1/2 cup melted butter in a medium bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, beat together two 8 oz packages of softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup white sugar until creamy. Add two eggs, one at a time, and mix until just blended.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
In a small saucepan, melt 1 cup of caramel with 1 tablespoon of heavy cream.
Pour the caramel over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set.
Let cool before cutting into bars and enjoy!
