How to make Ice Cream Sundae Bark

What you are creating:

This delicious bark can be eaten like candy or sprinkled on top of your favorite ice cream.

Fun Fact: Maraschino cherries are cured in brine, preserved in a sugar syrup and then dyed a vivid red. That's a lot of processing for these tasty cherries!

Ingredients:

  • High Quality White candy melts

  • Vanilla bean paste

  • High Quality Chocolate candy melts

  • Maraschino cherries, chopped

  • Honey roasted peanuts, chopped

  • All Natural Chocolate Jimmies/Sprinkles

  • Pearlized Jimmies/Sprinkles

  • Package up and enjoy!

Directions:

  1. Melt the white candy melts. Add vanilla bean paste and stir to incorporate.

  2. Spread on parchment paper.

  3. Sprinkle generous amounts of the chopped cherries and peanuts over the white candy melts.

  4. Sprinkle chocolate and vanilla jimmies/sprinkles over the top.

  5. Melt the chocolate candy melts.

  6. Drizzle Chocolate candy melts over the top of the bark.

  7. Package up and enjoy!

Makes approximately 3 dozen pieces.
