What you are creating:

Three quick, easy and delicious candy barks:

  • White chocolate and mint makes our Holiday Peppermint Bark extra special!

  • Cranberry crystals have a sweet and tart fruity flavor that blends well with white chocolate in our Cranberry White Chocolate Bark.

  • The crispy, crunchy texture and delicious sweet Basil flavor combines beautifully with milk chocolate and crystalized ginger in our Chocolate Basil Ginger Bark.

We used Merchkens wafer melts in our bark. You can purchase Merchkens white chocolate wafers on line through sites such as Etsy and Walmart. You can also use Wilton candy melts.
